Terms and conditions of booking Hidden World ehf. (info@hiddenworldtravel.com)

Cancellations:
All cancellations should be in writing and be notified as soon as possible to (our email of hiddenworld)
Please see the following table for cancellation fees:
Time of cancellation                                      Cancellation fee
30 days or more before arrival date             30% of the total amount
14 to 5 days before arrival date                   50% of the total amount
4 days or less before arrival                          100% no refund

In the rare case of a double booking or other good reason for moving the guest, we reserve the right to do so by providing similar accommodation or better in the same area.

Changing fee:
We charge €50 for changes made to an already confirmed reservation. Changes made after travel has commenced are at the guest’s own cost.

Children:
Children 2-11 years old, accompanied by 2 adults whom they share a room with, will receive a 50% discount from the listed price
Children under 2 years stay free of charge when sharing a room with parents
Children staying in a separate room pay full price

Liability:
Hidden World ehf. cannot be held responsible for the acts, defaults or delay of any agent, hotel, coach, operator, airline, guide, restaurant or any other persons or companies, however caused. Hey Iceland is not responsible for losses in the event of force majoure, such as natural catastrophes, strikes or other corresponding causes. We also reserve the right to alter routes due to road or weather conditions without prior notice. In the rare cases that there is a double booking or a good reason for moving the guest, we reserve the right to do so by providing similar accommodation or better in the same area.
